Effective 2026-10-27. Turnkey Storefront, hello@turnkeystorefront.com.
What this page covers
Turnkey Storefront builds and hosts websites for small businesses. This page says what we collect on turnkeystorefront.com and on the example sites under it, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to reach us about it.
Turnkey Storefront is a sole proprietorship owned by Patrick McLemore, based in Texas, United States. It's the business responsible for the data this page describes. Our mailing address is 6245 Rufe Snow Dr, Ste 280-1017, Fort Worth, TX 76148.
What we collect, and why
- The contact form. Your name, your business name, your email, the example and the price you picked, and your message. We use it to answer you and, if you become a client, to run your project. If you arrived from a Google ad, the form also records the ad click id, so we know which ads work.
- The free site form on Facebook and Instagram. If you ask for a free site through one of our ads, Meta collects your answers on its own form: your business name, what the business does, your city, whether it has a website, your email and, if you give it, your phone. Meta passes them to us. We use them to build your free site, send you the link and answer you. The free site comes down after 30 days unless you buy it. Meta's privacy policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- The $500 deposit. Stripe takes the payment on its own pages. We never see your card number. Stripe sends us your name, your email and the amount. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
- The example sites. The four examples are fictional businesses. A booking you make on one is test data: it's kept on that example site for up to 60 days and is never acted on. A change you make in admin mode stays in your own browser. Don't type real personal details into an example.
- Security logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records the address, the page, the browser type and the time of each request, so we can stop attacks and fix faults. These logs are kept for a short time.
- The bot check. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form was sent by a person. It reads some details of your browser to do that. Cloudflare's privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Visit counts. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to this site without cookies and without following you to other sites.
Cookies and ads
- This site advertises on Google. The Google tag on each page sets cookies so Google can tell us that an ad led to a visit or to a message. Google's use of them is under its own policy at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. You can turn off ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com or block cookies in your browser. The site works without them.
- We also advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Those ads use Meta's own form, so this site carries no Meta tag and sets no Meta cookie.
- The site itself sets no cookie of its own. An example site sets a cookie only when its owner signs in to the admin page.
- We don't change what we collect when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, because there's no agreed standard for that signal.
Who else sees it
Five companies handle data for us, and each gets only what its job needs: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (ad measurement), Meta (the free site form on our Facebook and Instagram ads), Stripe (deposits) and Resend (the service that delivers your form to our inbox). We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
A message from the contact form or the free site form stays until we've answered it, and for up to two years after that, so we can pick the conversation up again. Client records stay for as long as we host the site, and after that for as long as the law makes us keep business records.
Your choices

Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes. A change that affects your rights is also announced on the home page for 30 days.
